Accounts Administrator
Location: Staines-upon-Thames (Hybrid after 6 months)
Salary: £27-£28k

The Role
As Customer Invoicing Administrator, you'll be responsible for managing the customer invoicing process from start to finish, ensuring accurate billing and supporting healthy cash flow across the business.
Key Responsibilities

Produce and process customer invoices accurately and efficiently.

Resolve customer invoicing queries in a professional and timely manner.

Chase outstanding purchase orders required for invoicing.

Liaise with internal departments to resolve invoicing delays.

Maintain customer billing information and invoicing records.

Process supplier invoices when required.

Produce invoicing and finance reports, including Barriers to Invoicing reports.

Support the Finance Manager with ad hoc reporting and administrative duties.

Identify opportunities to improve invoicing processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
About You

Previous experience in an invoicing, finance administration or accounts support role.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Good communication skills with the confidence to liaise with customers and internal stakeholders.

The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.

A proactive approach to problem solving.

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and finance systems.
