The Role
As an Audit & Accounts Senior, you'll play a key role within the team, managing a varied client portfolio while leading audits from planning through to completion.
Your responsibilities will include:

Leading audits from planning through to completion.

Preparing statutory accounts for Limited Companies, LLPs and Group entities under FRS 102.

Managing a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of industries.

Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted point of contact.

Delegating work to junior team members and supporting their development.

Reviewing work completed by trainees and providing constructive feedback.

Attending and leading client planning and completion meetings.

Working closely with Managers and Partners to deliver exceptional client service.

Identifying opportunities to improve processes and add value for clients.
About You
You'll ideally have:

ACA or ACCA qualification (or be qualified by experience).

At least 3 years' experience within an accountancy practice in an Audit & Accounts role.

Experience leading audits from planning through to completion.

Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounts preparation.

Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

Experience reviewing junior team members' work and mentoring others.

Good working knowledge of Excel and accounting software such as CCH Accounts Production and CCH Audit Automation.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
