This company is looking for an Audit Manager to join their fast-growing Audit team in Henley. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a varied portfolio, lead group and international assignments, and work closely with the Audit Partner on technical matters.

The Role
You will take a leading role across a varied portfolio of audit work, managing assignments from planning through to completion while ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
You'll lead and develop audit teams, work closely with clients and provide technical support across a range of assignments. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to the continued development of the Audit department and help shape how the team works as the firm grows.
This is a hands-on role offering a high level of responsibility and exposure to both UK and international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead audit teams across group and international assignments.
- Manage your own portfolio of work, ensuring assignments are delivered to deadlines and budgets.
- Prepare consolidations under IFRS and FRS 102.
- Supervise, mentor and develop audit staff.
- Work closely with the Audit Partner on technical audit matters.
- Apply strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and ISAs across a varied client portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Contribute ideas and play an active role in developing the Audit department.
- Support the adoption of new systems and technology across the team.
- Maintain high standards of quality across audit assignments.
About You
You'll be a technically strong and personable audit professional who enjoys variety, takes ownership and wants to play an active role in a growing practice.
You will ideally have:
- ACA or ACCA qualification with at least three years' post-qualified experience.
- A minimum of five years' experience working within practice.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and ISAs.
- Experience working with audit and statutory accounts software.
- Experience leading and supervising audit teams.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and budgets.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to build strong client relationships.
- A positive, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- An openness to change and enthusiasm for new systems and technology.
