The role is based in Ashford, Middlesex and reports directly to the MD.
Key responsibilities of the Company Accountant include :
- Preparing the Monthly Management Accounts for 3 Companies and providing analysis and commentaries thereupon
- Preparation of year-end accounts for 3 companies to be submitted to external accountant for final review.
- Preparing quarterly and annual VAT returns
- Preparing monthly CIS as per HMRC guidelines
- Maintaining company fixed asset register
- Monthly/weekly preparation of the payroll
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Cashflow Forecasting
- Processing supplier invoices
- Raising customer invoices
The ideal Company Accountant will ideally be a Part/Qualified Accountant with a knowledge of Xero and in return will receive a salary of between £45k-£60k + 10% Bonus
