Customer Services Advisor - Bracknell - 3 Month rolling contract
Join this globally respected brand on an initial contract basis within a team passionate about providing excellent customer service. Based at the European HQ in Bracknell, Berkshire, with flexibility on home working post-training.
Your key area of focus as a Customer Service Advisor will be to show your high-quality interaction to both internal and external customers, building relationships through clear communication and making their experience an enjoyable one.
Key responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor will include:
- Making changes to customers agreements.
- Allocating manual payments to customers’ agreements accurately.
- Checking customer documentation efficiently.
- Responding to correspondence from customers.
- All whilst working within the departments Service Level Agreements, answering phone calls from our internal and external customers.
A confident and empathetic telephone manner is key, as is attention to detail, strong organisation and prioritisation skills and a proactive, self-sufficient attitude.
Rate will be circa £15.50ph. The initial contract will be 3 months, with rolling extensions and potential for a permanent role.
