Customer Complaints and Credit Assessment Coordinator

  • Do you have experience of dealing with claims management queries such as PPI, operating within financial regulations conduct requirements?
  • Do you enjoy investigating complex complaints to deliver workable resolutions?
  • Do you thrive on providing exceptional customer service and re-building damaged relationships with customers?

Working in a small but dedicated team, this opportunity will call upon all your experience and communication skills (verbal and written) to resolve complex complaints within financial regulatory requirements.

Initially a 6 month contract, this role can extend with opportunities of permanent work.
