Contract Customer Coordinator – Motor Finance
Location: Bracknell
Salary: £17.14 per hour
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9am–5pm)
Contract Type: 6-month fixed-term contract
Intro
Work for one of the world’s most respected brands in motor finance. We are looking for a Customer Coordinator to join a small, efficient team in Bracknell. This is a hands-on role offering variety, challenge, and the chance to develop your skills while making a real difference to customer experiences.
The Role
As a Customer Coordinator, you will:

Manage customer accounts throughout their finance agreement

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and correspondence to a high standard

Maintain accurate records of all interactions, applications, and transactions

Support customers experiencing financial difficulty or other challenges with compassion

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, including FCA standards and Consumer Duty

Liaise with external partners involved in arrears collection or asset management
-
Identify potential fraud cases and trace customers reported as “gone away”

Achieve high-quality assurance scores in all interactions
Hours & Flexibility:

9am–5pm, 35 hours per week

Flexible 30-minute lunch over 4 days allows a 2pm finish on the fifth day (rotating schedule)

Option to request work from home 2 days per week, subject to business needs

Work one in every 3–4 Saturdays and 1–2 bank holidays per year with time off in lieu
About You

Experience in motor finance or customer service

Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills

Highly organised, able to multitask and work under pressure

Resilient and adaptable team player

Awareness of FCA regulations and Consumer Duty

Subject to satisfactory references, DBS, and financial checks
