This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy customer loyalty team, helping customers approaching the end of their finance agreements understand their options and supporting them through the renewal process. If you have experience in customer service, telesales, account management or customer retention, this could be the perfect next step.
The Role
As a Customer Loyalty Agent, you'll proactively contact customers nearing the end of their finance agreements through telephone, email and SMS campaigns. Your focus will be on building relationships, understanding customer needs and encouraging customer renewals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
You'll maintain accurate CRM records, ensure all customer communications meet regulatory requirements and provide valuable customer feedback to help improve future campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers approaching the end of their finance agreements via phone, email and SMS.
- Build rapport and guide customers through their available renewal options.
- Manage customer leads and maximise conversion opportunities.
- Accurately update CRM systems with customer interactions and preferences.
- Deliver excellent customer service while achieving individual and team targets.
- Gather customer feedback to support future campaign improvements.
- Ensure all communications comply with GDPR, FCA regulations and internal procedures.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives.
About You
You'll be a positive and customer-focused individual who enjoys building relationships and delivering excellent service. You'll be comfortable working towards targets and managing multiple customer conversations throughout the day.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, customer retention, account management or a contact centre environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working towards performance or sales targets.
- Good working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when maintaining customer records.
- The confidence to overcome objections and provide solutions.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
Experience within automotive finance, financial services, insurance or banking would be beneficial but is not essential.
