An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy team, providing administrative and logistical support while acting as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams.
If you're confident managing multiple priorities, communicating with different people and making sure tasks are completed accurately and on time, this could be a great opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and book visits.

Act as a point of contact between customers, managers, assessors and technical experts.

Process pre- and post-visit documentation.

Arrange hotel and travel bookings.

Monitor and progress outstanding actions and resolve overdue items.

Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate information.

Maintain accurate records, files and databases.

Identify and escalate issues or conflicts where appropriate.

Support the organisation of meetings, conferences and training courses.

Attend customer meetings where required, including taking minutes and recording actions.

Manage and prioritise your own workload to meet company KPIs.
About You
You'll ideally have:

Previous experience in customer service, administration, coordination or a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Good attention to detail when working with records and documentation.

Confidence to liaise with customers and various internal and external stakeholders.

A proactive approach to resolving problems and progressing outstanding tasks.

The ability to work effectively as part of a team while managing your own workload.

Good IT and database skills.

Experience in a regulated, accreditation or professional services environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
