We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join this customer service team for a global organisation based on the trading estate in Slough in a long term temporary assignment (a permanent position is a distinct possibility). As a customer service coordinator you would be assisting a lovely team of customer service / order processing professionals.
Day to day duties of the Customer Service Executive will include:
– Managing the customer service inbox, dealing with any enquiries when possible or escalating internally
– Assisting the team with order processing
– Answering queries regarding pricing / invoicing
– Acting as the 1st point of contact for any enquiries into the department
This is an on-going temporary assignment, ideally with an immediate start, where commitment to the role is vital, with the potential for the role to become permanent.
The role will be a busy role, working as part of a great team, in time with knowledge and experience the role could develop into more.
