We are currently working with a well-respected Windsor, Berkshire based firm of Specialist Chartered Advisers who have been awarded the status of Chartered Financial Planners in the recruitment of a Customer Services Administrator. Due to continued success, your key responsibility as the Customer Services Administrator is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Directors and Financial Advisers, working within a small, friendly and empowered team whose aim is to grow with the business over the long term.

Accountabilities of the Customer Services Administrator include:

  • Manage the administration workflow.
  • Develop, consistently implement and review processes.
  • Receive and implement requests from Directors and Financial Advisers.
  • Register and utilise appropriate extranets/websites and other forms of e-business.
  • Maintain up-to-date client files and data.
  • Obtain illustrations, valuations and other information, etc.
  • Process and track applications.
  • Diary management – for client reviews and adviser meetings.
  • Prepare annual review listings by month.
  • Prepare and issue annual review data (fact find, etc) to clients.
  • Liaise with clients and providers.
  • Operate within the compliance and corporate standards of the business.
  • Undertake appropriate professional development and training.
  • Report on key measures on a regular basis.
  • Comply with the relevant Compliance, Treating Customers Fairly, Training & Competence, financial crime and Anti-Money Laundering Procedures of the firm at all times.


Skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Interpersonal – team working and communicating with clients remotely.
  • Proactive, willing to continue to develop, enthusiastic.
  • Highly organised, methodical, disciplined and meticulous.
  • Able to prioritise.
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, back-office).
  • Excellent keyboard skills.
  • Career progression encouraged.

The ideal Customer Services Administrator will be an Enthusiastic and Progressive individual with previous experience in financial services or a client service role would be an advantage, but for this role they are willing to train and develop the right candidate. Salary £19k-£23k
