Headquartered in modern offices in Staines-upon-Thames, Middlesex, this unique organisation has a rare opening for a Customer Support Administrator to join them on a 6 Month FTC with a Permanent Position a distinct possibility at the end of the Term. Your key responsibility is to process administration tasks efficiently and deliver a professional service to the organisations customers, by communicating effectively, acting consistently in line with processes, by enforcing agreed timeframes whilst upholding the organisations values.

Key Tasks of the Customer Support Administrator will include :

  • Manage the post visit admin inbox, processing improvement actions within 1 working day of receipt.
  • Resolve queries effectively, liaising with internal and external project teams and customers as required.
  • Upload assessment documentation and findings to the business system within 1 working day of receipt.
  • Issue assessment documentation and findings to customers within 1 working day of receipt.
  • Track and chase assessment documentation not submitted for upload within 2 days of visit end date, to ensure assessment documentation is issued to customer no later than 5 days after visit, escalate all overdue items as required.
  • Confirm assessment documentation has been submitted by the contractor.
  • Mark contractor purchase orders as “received”, after confirmation assessment documentation has been submitted by the contractor.
  • Add project effort in the system as instructed by the the project team-lead.
  • Run and review overdue improvement action reports.
  • Chase evidence for assessment findings from customer to ensure receipt by due date.
  • Chase overdue evidence for assessment findings from customer within 3 days of being overdue, escalating overdue findings.
  • Track and follow up for feedback from project team on customers responses to assessment findings before due date.
  • Chase assessment team for overdue response to assessment findings within 3 days of being overdue, escalating as required.
  • To assist with meeting room setup and ordering of lunches for Operations section meetings.
  • Ad hoc duties and  tasks, as required.

The ideal Customer Support Administrator will have good system and communication skills and in return will be a paid a Salary between £19k-£21k + amazing benefits including a Staggering 14% Pension Contribution.
