An established organisation within the automotive finance sector is seeking an experienced Contracts Specialist to join their Service Centre team. This role involves engaging with customers approaching the end of their finance agreements, providing advice on available options, and supporting customer retention and dealer collaboration.

The Role
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing all end of contract (EOC) options for customers, including processing and advising on available choices
- Responding to inbound customer enquiries and making outbound calls to discuss EOC options
- Liaising with dealers to coordinate customer appointments
- Updating contract management systems accurately and providing monthly summaries of EOC activities
- Meeting individual and departmental performance targets
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory processes and company policies
- Taking ownership of customer issues through to resolution and working collaboratively with support functions
- Monitoring your own performance against targets and contributing to service improvement initiatives
- Participating in projects aimed at enhancing service delivery and customer satisfaction
About You
You will be a diligent, customer-focused individual with the following qualities:
- Experience in the automotive or consumer finance sector preferred
- Good knowledge of relevant regulations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in negotiation and objection handling
- Ability to prioritise workload and take ownership of work queues
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word at an intermediate level, plus workflow management systems
- Tenacity, assertiveness and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer and dealer interactions
- Self-driven and motivated, able to work independently while thriving within a team environment
- Willingness to accept feedback and adapt behaviour accordingly
- Commitment to meeting service and productivity targets in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Minimum A Levels or equivalent qualifications
