The Role
You’ll take full ownership of end-to-end event management, from flagship conferences and exhibitions to targeted industry events. This hands-on role includes: managing budgets, speaker briefings, vendor relationships, delegate experiences, and integrating events into wider marketing campaigns. You’ll also work closely with internal teams, ensuring every event delivers real value and meaningful engagement.

Proven experience managing large-scale events from concept to delivery.

Experienced in measuring event success beyond attendance, including engagement and stakeholder outcomes.

Confident liaising with suppliers, speakers, delegates, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, development, and full lifecycle delivery of a varied events programme.

Manage event logistics, including schedules, content, budgets, vendor relationships, and delegate journey management.

Act as the primary liaison with internal teams, event organisers, suppliers, attendees, and other stakeholders.
