The Opportunity
Our client, a respected professional services organisation, is seeking an Executive Administrator on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a vital role providing high-quality administrative and organisational support to the Executive Assistant and wider leadership team, helping ensure the smooth and efficient running of the executive office.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced administrator with a minimum of 4 years in senior-level support roles who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Support the Executive Assistant in managing executive office priorities and workflows.

Assist with diary coordination, meeting preparation, and follow-up actions.

Organise travel arrangements, logistics, and itineraries when required.

Provide administrative support for executive communications, reports, and presentations.

Assist in coordinating events, board meetings, and senior-level engagements.

Manage expenses, invoices, and other administrative processes accurately.

Act as a reliable point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
About You

At least 4 years’ experience in a senior administrative or executive support role.

Background in a professional services environment (essential).

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities.

Strong communication skills, able to build relationships across teams and levels.

Professional, proactive, and confident in working with senior stakeholders.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
