The Role
As Finance Manager, you will lead financial operations across the company’s international events. Responsibilities include:
- Sales Ledger Maintenance: Manage invoicing, amendments, and payment reconciliations with precision.
- Financial Planning & Forecasting: Develop budgets and financial models in collaboration with senior management.
- Group Reporting & Analysis: Provide insights to inform business decisions, working closely with key stakeholders.
- Transactional Finance & Management Accounts: Oversee accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and prepare management accounts.
- Expenditure Management: Ensure accurate and authorized expenditure, maintaining financial controls.
- Supplier & Staff Payments: Process payments promptly and accurately.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in financial processes and systems.

About You
We are looking for a part-qualified accountant who is passionate about finance and ready for a challenging role. Key qualifications include:
- Part-Qualified Accountant: Actively pursuing a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a solid understanding of financial principles.
- Experience: 1-2 years in a similar finance role, ideally in a fast-paced environment, with experience in purchase orders, sales ledgers, and invoices.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Xero (or similar software), with strong analytical skills.
- Organisational Skills: Excellent ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in financial records and reports.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
