Graduate Residual Value and Data Analyst – Financial Services – Berkshire
A well-established organisation in the finance services industry is seeking a Graduate Residual Value and Data Analyst to join their Credit and Residual Values team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a numerically minded graduate looking to develop a career in data analysis, forecasting, and financial modelling.

The Role
Reporting to the Residual Value Manager, you will play a key role in supporting residual value (RV) and service, maintenance and repair (SMR) forecasting. Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date vehicle-related data is maintained across internal systems
- Monitoring and validating data loads between platforms
- Performing regular analysis to identify data inconsistencies and resolve discrepancies
- Responding to business queries and managing bespoke quotation requests
- Supporting the preparation of committee reporting, bespoke projects, and submissions to head office
- Assisting with the evolution of forecasting methodologies and analysis tools
- Adhering to regulatory processes and internal controls, particularly in line with FCA requirements
- Taking ownership of audit actions and internal improvement initiatives as required
This is a highly data-driven role, offering the opportunity to work across multiple departments and contribute directly to business-critical processes.
About You
We are looking for a recent graduate with:
- A degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or a related discipline
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- High IT literacy, particularly with Excel; the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple data sets and work queues
- Confidence in interpreting and presenting data to stakeholders
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a genuine interest in the automotive sector
- Good communication skills and a collaborative working style
- A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
