The Role
Based in Beaconsfield, you will join a highly regarded Graduate Training Programme as an Audit and Accounts Trainee, gaining valuable, hands-on experience over a 3–4 year period. Alongside your day-to-day role, you will benefit from a comprehensive ACA study support package, giving you the time, resources and guidance needed to successfully achieve your professional qualification.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Audit and Accounts team on a variety of client assignments
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements
- Contribute to audit engagements, including fieldwork and analysis
- Work closely with managers and team members to deliver high-quality outputs
- Gain exposure to different industries and business environments
- Develop key professional skills such as communication, organisation, and problem-solving
About You
- Achieved a 2:1 degree in any discipline
- Strong academic background, including GCSE Maths and English and A-levels (A*– C)
- Proactive, motivated, and forward-thinking mindset
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and as part of a team
- Holds a valid UK driving licence
