Looking for a role where you can achieve improvements in health, safety and environmental performance including a target for zero accidents and carbon neutrality by 2030 then look no further than this Health, Safety and Environmental Manager Role working for a prestigious organisation in their modern offices in Staines-upon Thames.

The Health, Safety and Environmental Manager will have relevant experience in conformity assessment or consulting services and will act as a subject matter expert on Health, safety, social accountability and environmental issues across the Organisation. You will advise on statutory health, safety, social accountability, and environmental requirements as you affect the whole business.

You will undertake risk assessments, assessment and performance monitoring to achieve improvements in health, safety and environmental performance including our target for zero accidents and carbon neutrality by 2030.

Health, Safety and Environmental Manager Role requirements:

  • A highly organised individual with excellent communication skills and ideally have experience in the coordination or administration of projects.
  • NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (essential); IEMA Foundation course in Environmental Management or equivalent.
  • Working experience of current Health & Safety and Environmental management practices in the workplace.
  • An outstanding team player who meets challenge with a pragmatic and resilient approach.
  • Strong influencing and engagement skills, demonstrated through passion and encouragement, to a wide cross section of people, to stop and consider safer ways of working.
  • The ability to analyse, interpret and present data to identify key trends and opportunities.

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum, plus amazing pension + excellent other benefits
