The role is working as an IT Support Administrator providing first and second line support to both internal and external users. You will be providing support to the team on projects, including testing and creation and maintenance of user guides and training material.

Main duties will be:

  • Liaising with external providers adding/removing starters and leavers.
  • Managing requests for quotations, raising and placing of orders.
  • Issuing/removal of ICT equipment and services ensuring that ICT equipment is delivered on time 
  • Carrying out ICT inductions and providing guidance on the use of ICT equipment.
  • Update relevant system and user records as appropriate.

You need to have excellent customer service skills with an interest in working within IT or if you have an IT related degree or any customer service technical experience.

The salary is between £22k -£24k depending on experience. Superb benefits include an amazing pension scheme and training.
