Leading Retailer based in Hayes, Middlesex requires an IT Support Analyst to join their IT team to provide first and second level support to end-users at their Head Office and various locations throughout the UK.

Key responsibilities of the IT Support Analyst include :

Provide 1st and 2nd level support to IT systems, services and end-users at the local site.

Effectively support, plan and coordinate incoming tickets using the standard tools provided.

Responsible for implementing and following company IT policies.

Responsible for implementing and following company IT standards and procedures.

Be an active member of the International IT infrastructure and Global Service Delivery teams.

Create and maintain appropriate quality documentation of the local site.

Effectively contribute to projects by understanding local users, systems and challenges.

Add hoc tasks as assigned.

Be the Go-To person for all IT related matters locally.

The ideal IT Support Analyst should have a formal education within IT Support or equivalent IT experience within IT infrastructure and service delivery with a minimum of 1-2 years of support experience. Ideally you should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Client/Server OS, Office 365, Cisco, ServiceNow, Dynamics AX and in return you will receive a FTE salary of c£25k plus excellent benefits including bonus and free product.
