Management Accountant – Windsor

The Role
You’ll play a key role in the monthly reporting cycle and financial oversight of multiple entities.
Key responsibilities include:

Preparing & reviewing monthly management accounts

Leading and mentoring Assistant Management Accountants

Managing journals, accruals, prepayments & fixed assets
-
Balance sheet reconciliations and supporting audit
-
Overseeing revenue, receivables, and payroll journals

Supporting budgeting, forecasting & financial analysis
-
Business partnering with operational finance teams
You’ll also work closely with in-home finance staff to ensure consistency and control across processes.
About You
We're looking for a confident, hands-on Management Accountant with:

A professional (part) qualification (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) or finalist level

Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills

Experience leading or mentoring junior team members

Knowledge of payroll, AP processes & balance sheet controls

Systems experience (Sage Intacct/CoolCare desirable but not essential)

Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness
