Well established Mid-Tier Dynamic accountancy practice is seeking to recruit a Mixed Tax Director to join their friendly team based in Wokingham, Berkshire.
- Qualified CTA essential and accounting background helpful.
- Responsible for supervision of junior members of staff and provide training where required
- Responsible for portfolio of personal tax and corporate clients and dealing with all compliance matters.
- Job requires the review of corporation and personal tax returns
- Personal tax portfolio includes high net worth returns and those with more complex affairs including non-residents.
- Will handle preparation of forms P11D and adhoc share work for portfolio as required. There is a large amount of consultancy work within the department such as share restructuring, due diligence, EMI's
- Excellent organisation skills required as need to be able to combine working for different people and having several pieces of work ongoing.
- Run training sessions for internal tax training.
- Excellent communication skills required as direct contact with client and communicating with other Internal departments
- Ability to fit in with a small team
