The Role
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting operations through a range of administrative and logistical tasks. This role involves reviewing and processing accreditation applications and scope extensions, ensuring accurate data entry. It includes handling symbol requests and responding to inquiries via email and phone, directing them as needed. The position requires proactive engagement with portal support and assisting with digitisation projects. Responsibilities also include managing compliance-related documentation and supporting various internal systems. Strong administrative, technical, and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
