Operations Executive 

Iver, Buckinghamshire | £30k–£40k | Full-time | Permanent

Are you an experienced operations professional looking for a role where you can genuinely make a difference?

We’re working with a growing and ambitious business to recruit an Operations Executive who will play a key role in the day-to-day running and continued development of the organisation.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the day-to-day operational management of the business

• Monitoring KPIs and producing management reports

• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability and service delivery

• Managing supplier and subcontractor relationships

• Building strong relationships with clients and supporting customer retention

• Investigating service issues and implementing corrective actions

• Supporting the mobilisation of new contracts

• Developing and improving operational processes and procedures

• Supporting ISO 9001 quality management and other audits

• Ensuring compliance with company policies, legislation and industry standards

• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and staff development where required

• Working closely with senior management on business planning and strategic decisions

• Taking ownership of improvement projects from planning through to implementation

About You

• Previous experience in an operations role

• Experience working within an ISO 9001 Quality Management System 

• Experience within the security industry (desirable)

• Experience contributing to business development or organisational growth

• A strong understanding of business operations and processes

• Experience monitoring KPIs and producing reports ( desirable)

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong Microsoft Office and IT skills

• The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

• A full UK driving licence

Experience within the security industry, ACS or other recognised management standards would be advantageous, as would experience managing suppliers, subcontractors or operational improvement projects.
