P2P Accounts Payable Project Support - 6 month contract (inside IR35) - Bracknell - £175-200pd
This is a fantastic opportunity for a P2P Accounts Payable specialist to support the Operational Business Lead of a global brand, across a range of change management projects.
This will include business change management process and policy reviews across credit card transactions, travel and expense systems and subsequent process documentation, training and knowledge transfer. This workload will be supplemented by ongoing AP activities such as invoicing query support; system hierarchy reviews; raising POs etc.
Required skills/experience:
- Proven track record working within a busy large international Corporate environment and achieving targets and deadlines.
- Strong operational P2P background is required
- Experience using SAP, COUPA and Concur is required
- Proven track record of P2P related project delivery
- Ability to demonstrate a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Experience in a corporate offshore/near shore shared service environment
- Effective organiser with ability to prioritise workload
- Proactive attitude with willingness to support others
- Demonstrate ability to build effective working relationships
- Attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
