Growing Reading Based Accountancy Practice have a requirement for an experienced Senior Client Manager to assist the Partners in the efficient running of the practice.
Working as part of a friendly team in a nice office environment you should be a qualified ACA/ACCA with at least 5 years practice experience with excellent client relationship and communication skills.
Technically up to date with solid experience in accounts preparation and review across various sectors is essential.
Key responsibilities of the Senior Client Manager will include:
Reporting directly to our Client Services Director
Managing workflows of a small team, ensuring prompt delivery of work accurately and on budget in line
with our customer guarantees
Management, development and coaching of junior staff within your team.
Manage your own portfolio of clients ensuring quality of service and expert advice.
Preparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and Limited companies
Preparation of corporation and personal tax returns
Undertake initial file reviews for your team for technical accuracy and completeness prior to being
reviewed by the Client Services Director.
Carrying out analytical reviews for clients and conduct client review meetings to assist clients to
interpreting and making sense of their financial data.
Promote the Practice and recommend additional value-added services to clients.
Manage own daily workloads.
The ideal Candidate will be an ACA/ACCA Qualified Accountant with previous practice experience and in return will receive a salary of between £45k-£55k.
