The Key responsibilities of the Senior Client Manager Role include :

  • Reporting directly to our Client Services Director
  • Managing workflows of a small team, ensuring prompt delivery of work accurately and on budget in line with our customer guarantees
  • Management, development, and coaching of junior staff within your team.
  • Manage your own portfolio of clients ensuring quality of service and expert advice.
  • Preparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and Limited companies
  • Preparation of corporation and personal tax returns
  • Undertake initial file reviews for your team for technical accuracy and completeness prior to being reviewed by the Client Services Director.
  • Carrying out analytical reviews for clients and conduct client review meetings to assist clients to interpreting and making sense of their financial data.
  • Promote the Practice and recommend additional value-added services to clients.
  • Manage own daily workloads.

The ideal Senior Client Manager will be a Qualified Accountant currently working in Practice and in return will receive a salary between £45k-£55k + private medical insurance, 25 days holiday and opportunity to join the Company Share Award Scheme + The role provides an exceptional opportunity for the right candidate to progress within the Practice.
