Reporting to the FC the primary focus of this Temporary Accounts Payable Executive role is to support the Assistant Accountants with the processing of the purchase invoices for all of their locations. The role will work closely with the other members of the Finance Team.
Key responsibilities of the Temporary Accounts Payable Executive Role include :
- Ensure purchase invoices and staff expenses are processed on a timely basis,
- Ensure month end timetable is adhered to,
- Perform regular supplier statement reconciliations,
- Investigate and resolve issues associated with processing of invoices and purchase orders,
- Monitor and clear suspense accounts,
- Maintain vendor profiles and process checks,
- Circulate remittance advices
- Handle all vendor correspondences via phone or email,
- Investigate and resolve any enquiries and irregularities.
The successful Accounts Payable Executive will have at least 1 years Accounts Payable experience and in return you will receive an hourly rate of between £17-£20 per hour. The contract is expected to last at 3 Months. 2 days WFH after probation/training completed.
