This Windsor Accountancy Practice is looking for a recent school leaver or graduate ideally with some finance workplace experience. You must have a desire to work hard, gain qualifications, and earn while you learn and they will support you to develop and progress

They are a growing accountancy practice with a small and friendly team, based in superb offices in Windsor with the option for flexible home working. They will provide you with an outstanding full study package, complete with course fees and guaranteed study leave.

They offer the successful Trainee Accountant/Accounts Assistant candidate invaluable training and experience in all aspects of annual statutory and management accounts, bookkeeping, VAT, corporate taxation and ad-hoc projects as required

You will study for the AAT or ACCA qualification depending on your experience to date. This will ultimately lead to your membership of the worlds' leading institute for Accounting professionals.

They are interested in hearing from school leavers with excellent A Levels, Accounting graduates or someone already working in practice.

Suitable Trainee Accountant/Accounts Assistant candidates will have

• Three A Levels at C grade or above
• Good numeracy and literacy skills
• Attention to detail
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Good IT skills including MS Excel and Word
• A willingness to learn and a flexible approach advantageous
• Organisational skills advantageous
